im going to do all pylo to jump higher cas so far thats has had the best results, every night i do crunches and what not and i have a 6pac and im happy with that, i want to start benching and doing curls and also tricep workouts on a more regular basis, 4-6 days a week, anything you could add that i could do. with little equipment.

It sounds simple but if you want to increase tour vertical then you need to keep jumping. Just like if you wanted to improve your jump shot. If you want a lift to help you out then look no further than Olympic lifts like hang cleans and dead lifts. Those will definately improve your vertical leap when done right.
