You need construction workers if you’re not skilled at it yourself. An inground basketball system – I’m assuming you want an outdoor hoop that’s embedded in the cement – requires that you need to know how to work with wet cement. You’ll also need to know how to use a jackhammer to make a hole for the hoop before filling it up with wet cement. It’s a lot more trouble than a portable hoop, but among the advantages are a more stable, balanced, and more durable hoop.
