A bunch of us registered to get tickets for the 2011 NCAA Basketball regional (rounds 3 and 4 of March Madness). Two of my friends were selected but I was not. Tickets just went on sale today so one of my friends purchased his tickets but even after completing the order it did not tell him the location of his seats (section, row, seat #).
Does that get determined later?
Is it randomly assigned?
When will he find out which exact seats he got?

They’re random assigned with price levels. You will receive your tickets through the U.S. mail about 2 weeks before the start of the tournament. At that time, you will be made aware of your section, row, & seat #.
