@IFDBELLES We dont do this exactly. But we run alot and before practice. We do these things as some people call them monkey drills and other things like leap frogs and thngs like that! Running at the end is very had. Our team isnt all that great at foul shots so we have t shoot foul shots and if we miss them we run one sprint but if we miss both we run 2 sprints including suicides.. But it all depends how we practice tht day!
