This game featured seven NCAA division one players, with five in the Big Ten conference: Kachine Alexander (Iowa), Alyssa Karel (Wisconsin), Elle Queen (Colorado State, transferred to Dayton), Angel Robinson (Marquette), Tara Steinbauer (Wisconsin), Janessa Wolff (Penn State) and Lauren Young (Colorado State, transferred to Michigan). This is also the only time that Alyssa Karel and Angel Robinson played on the same team in high school.
