The lakers need to get younger, and rebuild and reload going into the future. The only problem is every team needs a star player/ go to player to be an elite team. Kobe Bryant is no longer a star player at this stage of his career, and he’s on his way out soon. Unfortuntely we don’t have any high draft picks either. So what are some realistic ways they can get a young good elite player?

Ex-Kentwood star Vandersloot invited to USA Women’s National Team Training Camp
Basketball keeps opening more doors for Courtney Vandersloot, the former Kentwood High School star. Vandersloot, who just completed a standout career at Gonzaga University in Spokane, has been invited to the USA Women’s National Team Training Camp set for May 10-12 in Las Vegas, Nev., according to the USA team’s website.
