Maryland has. As far as I can tell, that is all. I am only going back to 1936 (start of ap poll) for college football, not counting the years where the NIT was considered more important that the NCAAs for men, and not counting any AIWA titles for women. I am also not including DI schools that won a national championship at a lower level but are now DI.
